When you look to nature it’s obvious what to do next to move your health in the right direction. Choose foods strong in life force. Sprouting is the spring life force breaking though the cold ground of winter.
Many foods have increased health benefits in sprouted forms. Sprouted foods are easier to digest, and it is easier for our bodies to process the nutrients in these foods.

Sprouts (aka micro greens) are versatile edibles. I enjoy them as a sandwich or wrap filling, side salad, topping most any bowl or floating in most any soup.
