Let go of that which no longer serves. Autumn is the season of metal in Chinese Medicine. The energy is exacting, precise, cutting, reflective and alchemical. Focus Each season has a corresponding set of organs that reach their energetic peak during the 73 day period.  Water rules the winter season.
