Mindsets and patterns dictate our actions. Our actions create our outcomes.  The fall season is the time for self-reflection and honest evaluation of our daily mental habits.  Our habits are responses or reactions to the stories that we tell ourselves.  Moment to moment awareness, returning to the breath and interrupting our mind talk with inquiry creates pause. Change begins in emptiness.
