Spice it up with cardamom. Also known as ShaRen in the Chinese herbal apothecary, cardamom enters the Spleen, Stomach & Kidney meridians. Yes, herbs and spices enter meridians. It is one of the considerations for practitioners when prescribing a formula for a patient.
