So start acting like it.  Metal is associated with preciousness and value:  wealth, investments, quality stuff.  You are precious.  Take good care of yourself.  If you have not yet established a self care routine, simply start with one intentional self loving act a day. Make a list of all the ways that make you feel appreciated, loved, cared for, healthy, happy and do this for yourself.  It might be taking a sunset walk, getting a pedicure, resting at 3 o’clock instead of coffee or tea cover up the tiredness, watching the clouds, skipping stones in the creek. Once you’ve mastered one kind act to yourself a day,  double down. Schedule a self care act every day for a week: sing in the shower, take 3 deep breaths when you start to stress, play guitar at night. Find your fall routine that allows you to be your best self.
